Playwright Tania Wisbar and actor Laura Liguori join us to talk about Wisbar's play, The Red Dress. Set in Berlin and based on a true story, the romantic drama explores the intersection of politics and art during the years between World War I and the rise of Fascism. It challenges people to think of their own responsibility, and the impact of resistance if it involves millions.

We'll also speak with Sam Menefee-Libey from the Dead City Legal Posse with an update on the upcoming trials of Inauguration Day protesters. On January 20 (J20), thousands took to the streets in Washington, DC to protest the Trump inauguration. When some protesters clashed with police, more than 200 people were arrested, including legal observers and journalists. Many of the J20 defendants are facing more than 60 years in prison, simply for participating in a demonstration.
