David Zeiger is a director and producer, best known for the documentary "Sir! No Sir!," a sweeping, and unmatched, story of anti-war veterans and GIs during the Vietnam War. He also created the PBS documentary series "Senior Year," "Displaced in the New South" and "The Band." He is the founder of Displaced Films.

Jerry Lembcke is Associate Professor Emeritus at College of the Holy Cross. He is the author of The Spitting Image: Myth, Memory, and the Legacy of Vietnam, the only thoroughly researched study (and debunking) of stories of Vietnam Vets and GIs being spat on or shunned by anti-war activists. Other books include Hanoi Jane: War, Sex, and Fantasies of Betrayal, PTSD, and many more.
